- Familiar with Git and GitHub.
- Build a personal website using GitHub Pages.
- Build 2 Shiny applications for personal portfolio.

Course Format
- 3 Lectures / Week
- 10 Homework Assignments
- 2 Projects:

- Final Project
Lectures
- Lecture notes will be posted at least 24 hours before lecture.
- At least 1 in-class live coding session per week.
- The use of laptops and tablets is allowed in class, but not recommended.
Homework
- There will be 10 homework assignments.
- The lowest 2 homework scores will be dropped.
- Homework is:
- Posted right after Friday lecture.
- Due a week later, at 11:59PM on Friday.
- Submit your homework assignment in Compass.
- More details can be found on the Homework page on the course website.
- No late homework will be accepted.
- Homework solution will be posted on Saturday each week.
Projects
- There will be 2 projects: a midterm project and a final project.
- The Midterm Project will be assigned on Friday, 02/28/2020 and due a week later at 11:59PM on Friday, 03/06/2020.
- The Final Project will be assigned on Friday, 04/24/2020 and due at 11:59PM on Wednesday, 05/13/2020.
- Details regarding the projects will be posted on the Project page as the semester progresses.
